Our client, a renowned apparel brand, is seeking a Photography Producer to join their team. As a Photography Producer, you will work with Sr Managers, Photography Managers, Brands, Product and Ecommerce departments supporting with photography needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, problem solving, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Photography Producer

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Pay Range: $40-50/hr

What’s the Job?

• Works in tandem with Sr Manager, Photography Manager, Brand, Product and Ecommerce teams in the development and execution of photography needs.

• Ensure photography is brand-right and delivers a consist look and feel across all assets.

• Secure models and hair and make-up talent for photoshoots to achieve brand-right assets.

• Owns selects process and post-production communications for all inhouse photography and videography (image mark-up, editing, auditing, approvals).

• Partner with photography team and Senior Manager, Creative Services to find efficiencies and improve in workflows and processes.

• Monitors project status to meet critical timelines.

• Serves as photographer’s second eye to ensure all imagery meets brand standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are daily, and the volume of work is consistently high.

• Ability to art direct a PDP photography shoot if called upon. Candidate must provide relevant samples and/or an online portfolio.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferred.

• 4+ years of photography shoot coordination required.

• Working knowledge in computer design including these software packages: Adobe Creative Suites, Acrobat Professional and sample management software solutions such as Shot Flow, Workhorse, etc.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

• Must be Mac proficient.

• Related experience working with model, stylist and photography agencies.

• Proven ability to master and learn processes and platforms quickly.

• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Keen attention to detail
