A Day in the Life

As an Associate Quality Specialist you will review, evaluate, and reconcile completion of activities related to specific projects. Answer questions and perform follow up with field representatives and health care providers to finalize activities and ensure all quality documents meet Good Documentation Practices. Compile reports to show progress and escalate activities at risk for their due dates.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Evaluates incoming information and maintains the record in the electronic database and/or in excel spreadsheets.

  • Ensures quality documentation meets all MDT requirements per internal procedures

  • Performs follow up activities to obtain additional information.

  • Monitors activities to ensure completion on time program and/or appropriate escalation is taken.

  • Provides reconciliation of data to ensure all requirements/evidence is available.

  • Ensures record documentation is maintained in a constant state of audit readiness per internal policies; identifying gaps and following up with OUs/regions/applicable owners to resolve.

Must Haves

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A)

  • 0 years of experience required.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Experience with Good Documentation Practices

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, desktop publishing software experience (Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat)

  • Excellent communication skills- oral and written.

  • Able to work independently and within a team

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
