KPMG is currently seeking a Oracle Technical, Senior Specialist to join our Managed Services (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for supporting a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions including interactions with offshore team members

  • Gather requirements from client users via KPMG requirements template and configure, test and support User Acceptance testing (UAT); perform or assist with migration to PROD

  • Conduct quarterly Release testing, where applicable, and support interface/integration testing

  • Work in KPMG Service Now application for ticketing / documentation and communication

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three Oracle implementations and/or three years of recent post- production support; managerial experience is a plus but not required

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree from an accredited college/university Knowledge and experience supporting HCM and Financials applications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management

  • Experience in the following areas creating or modifying: OIC, OTBI, BIP Reports, SQL, FBDI, AFDI and Fast Formulas
