We are dedicated to fostering independence and providing comprehensive services for the aging community in Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties.

Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Quality and Compliance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the quality and compliance standards of our agency's services. From tracking data to coordinating training programs, you will collaborate with various departments and community services/vendors to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or associate degree in Health or Human Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in working with older adults and/or persons with disabilities preferred.
  • Current Michigan Licensure (LPN, RN, LBSW, LLMSW, or LMSW) is desirable but not required.
  • Proficiency in standard office applications and computer literacy required (Microsoft 365 products).
  • Strong understanding of long-term care, person-centered thinking, and community resources preferred.
  • Ability to travel within Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties; reliable transportation required.

Benefits:

  • Full-time position (37.5 hours/week), no weekends or on-call duties.
  • 50/50 hybrid schedule after training period
  • Flexible scheduling between the hours of 6am and 7pm Monday- Friday
  • $200 continuing education/ per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to funder requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate consumer advisory committees and other related workgroups.
  • Conduct comprehensive record reviews to ensure compliance with quality measures.
  • Facilitate training programs for employees, volunteers, and contracted providers.
  • Assist in audit preparation and submission of reports to funders.
  • Collaborate with multiple service lines to enhance overall quality and effectiveness.
