Responsibilities

Mayo Clinic Rochester is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. The NP or PA will be working in a multi sub-specialist practice consisting of physicians, NPs, PAs and nursing. The team works in interest group practices including colposcopy, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding, vulvar dermatology, and pelvic pain. Each APP selects a couple of interest groups based on division needs and provider interests and has the opportunity to see Gynecological preventive health care patients. The NP or PA will actively partner with team members by fostering an inclusive work environment and respecting others with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. DNP preferred. Current Minnesota RN and APRN license and certification as an ANP, FNP, ACNP, or WHNP.

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the MN State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications:

Experience in women's health care preferred. We encourage all interested applicants to apply even if not meeting all preferred qualifications. Will consider both formal and informal experience with women’s health care if highlighted in resume.
