Job Duties and Responsibilities :
This role is a key part of the Agreement to Cash (A2C) organisation, which focuses on billing, dispute management and driving improvements and delivery of billings for Thailand
Undertake Monthly task assigned through rolling roster
Assist in producing invoices across all lines of business within set timeframe
Conduct weekly billing checks, querying any anomalies or variances and seeking prompt resolution
Ensure timely processing of:
Credit Notes & Manual Invoices
National consolidated invoices across all lines of business
Manual invoices for account closure, tape sales and pre-paid accounts
Month end closing, e.g. Govt. portal upload, invoice submission, data preparation for system integration
Maintain system information integrity
Produce routine reports and conduct billings checks as requested by Team Leader
Liaise with Team leader and other internal customers
Ad-Hoc tasks as directed
Support Process Improvement and participate in projects
Maintain a safe working environment, to deliver the responsibilities and accountabilities defined for this role.
Requirements :
2 to 5 years relevant experience in Order to Cash Billing & Invoicing Process
Able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve targets
Sound experience in customer relationship
Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with Oneil, SF, Oracle Accounting System
Good command of both verbal and written in English
