Job Duties and Responsibilities :

This role is a key part of the Agreement to Cash (A2C) organisation, which focuses on billing, dispute management and driving improvements and delivery of billings for Thailand

  • Undertake Monthly task assigned through rolling roster

  • Assist in producing invoices across all lines of business within set timeframe

  • Conduct weekly billing checks, querying any anomalies or variances and seeking prompt resolution

  • Ensure timely processing of:

  • Credit Notes & Manual Invoices

  • National consolidated invoices across all lines of business

  • Manual invoices for account closure, tape sales and pre-paid accounts

  • Month end closing, e.g. Govt. portal upload, invoice submission, data preparation for system integration

  • Maintain system information integrity

  • Produce routine reports and conduct billings checks as requested by Team Leader

  • Liaise with Team leader and other internal customers

  • Ad-Hoc tasks as directed

  • Support Process Improvement and participate in projects

  • Maintain a safe working environment, to deliver the responsibilities and accountabilities defined for this role.

Requirements :

  • 2 to 5 years relevant experience in Order to Cash Billing & Invoicing Process

  • Able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve targets

  • Sound experience in customer relationship

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with Oneil, SF, Oracle Accounting System

  • Good command of both verbal and written in English
