ICF Associate Director - Hydrogen in New Delhi, India

We are looking for an individual to spearhead this growth. Someone who is growth oriented, passionate about Hydrogen and has the ability to manage and run business as a profit center would be an ideal candidate. ICF is a global leader in clean energy consulting and we are increasing our focus on the Indian market. As the Leader for Hydrogen in the Renewables consulting space in India, you will have the support of international teams of ICF to create a robust business in India and the neighboring countries.

Job Description

1) Project Delivery:

  • Anchor and lead all Hydrogen assignments for ICF in South Asia

  • Lead client relationship and be the face of ICF in hydrogen domain

  • Carry out deep analytical work and deliver outstanding output to Clients

2) Team management

  • Work with analysts and associates to deliver projects to high degree of client satisfaction

  • Mentor and manage a small team of analysts

3) Business Development

  • Generate concept notes, leads with clients on hydrogen

  • Lead preparation of proposals on bids/ tenders published

  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders (Government, Donors, Private Sector)

4) Marketing

  • Participate in industry events (conferences etc.) and present papers on hydrogen

5) Knowledge management

  • Be up-to-date on latest developments globally on hydrogen

  • Contribute to policy papers announced by Government, regulators by preparing analytically strong submissions for incorporation in new policies.

Education and Experience:

  • Engineer/MBA/Ph.D from Tier-1 Educational Institutes only

  • Around 10 years’ experience in Power /RE and Oil & Gas and must have a demonstrated experience of Hydrogen and Biofuels atleast in one assignment or project.

  • Previous experience of working in a consulting firm and leading projects is a must-have

  • Advanced excel skills and other Microsoft tools

•Ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts and consultants.
