Vendor Management Analyst - BPO

This position reports to GS BPO Management Manager and is based in Paranaque, Philippines

As a Vendor Management Analyst (BPO), you will support and optimize our global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partnerships across various functions, including Finance and Procurement. You will ensure that all parties meet their contractual, service performance, and financial obligations.

What You Will Do

• Manage financial activities for global BPOs, including creating purchase orders, verifying invoices, and ensuring timely payments.

• Collect and report service level data.

• Calculate, track, and maintain service level credits.

• Track compliance and deliverables.

• Oversee team agendas, track outcomes, and document closures.

• Support and own projects.

• Execute governance processes related to service performance, contract management, and relationship management.

• Conduct data research and analytics.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 3-5 years of related experience.

• Fluency in English, with strong written and oral communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
