Our team is focused on developing and delivering integrated campaigns designed to increase Intel's perception as a technology leader, get credit for our innovations among a targeted B2B audience, and build relevance in artificial intelligence through our Bringing AI Everywhere initiative. The campaign architect and experience strategist role will be responsible to map out all customer touchpoints across the campaign from awareness through demand across channels including paid media, owned social and web. They are responsible for aligning a seamless, relevant and timely customer experience aligned with Intel business objectives. This individual will work alongside team members in the Global Media, Advertising and Campaign team which is part of the Global Marketing Group.

Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Leverage research and historical audience behavior to create experience plans by segment aligned to behaviors, motivations, and channel/communication preferences.

  • Work cross-functionally (e.g. digital experience, paid media, and category marketing teams) to design the experience and influence messaging, content and media strategy.

  • Collaborate across internal teams and with agency partners to identify opportunities to optimize the experience based on available insights and key learnings.

  • Track key results and impact for regular internal campaign reporting.

  • Be accountable for achieving experience KPIs as defined by business and marketing leadership.

In this role, a successful candidate will:

  • Willing to understand AI marketing campaign objectives and apply to experience planning to ensure on strategy and delivering against success metrics.

  • Strong understanding of how customer experience impacts brand perception, demand generation, and brand sentiment

  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2I commercial and technical audiences

  • Willing to develop and execute on complex, B2B omni-channel experience plans

  • Deep knowledge of both digital and offline channel execution and optimization

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities

  • Project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple projects at once and manage feedback and expectations across multiple stakeholders

  • Willing to work in a dynamically changing and often ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. In lieu of degree 10+ years of combined experience in the following:

  • 7 + of combined experience with the following:

  • Campaign or experience planning and execution.

  • Experience with multi-channel experience planning.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience working at a large company within the tech industry.

  • 2 or more years of multi-channel experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Office (including PPT, Word and Excel) and Adobe Workfront

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $123,139.00-$203,801.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
