OVERVIEW:  Maintain and direct daily operations, while working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activity of employees.  Reports directly to the CEO, hospital board, and works closely with administrative staff in developing strategy, company goals and objectives.

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• Manage daily operations of the facility while maintaining a professional workplace.
• Oversees and monitors facility projects
• Monitor financials and assist with the accounting, human resources and EMS departments, working directly with accounts, wages, benefits and grants

Education/Experience

• Bachelor degree (healthcare related) strongly preferred
• Graduate Degree in Accounting, Healthcare/Business Administration preferred
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred
• 3-5 years management experience preferred
