Based out of Meridian, Idaho with more international locations, the CPG marketing department provides support for Micron and Crucial branded products selling to large channel partners and advise via the crucial.com website where it has a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Asia!

We are recruiting for an exciting position within our Digital Strategy & Experience team!

As the Web & Digital Strategy Manager for crucial.com, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution for the website by defining goals, crafting, driving the technology roadmap, working with our web development team on implementation, and leading the core website activities required for our e-commerce business.

As a Web & Digital Strategy Manager, you will build a strategic vision for the global crucial.com websites across N. America, EMEA, and APAC, including management of our e-commerce platforms. You will develop and implement strategies for an outstanding web experience!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead all crucial.com websites, including the e-commerce platforms, and driving our technology team by leading efforts build new product features on the platform.

  • Deep understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, how a website and website hosting works, how to code CSS/HTML/JavaScript, as well as experience of implementing strategies to help increase online sales and optimize user experiences.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the web content, functionality, and performance meet the needs and expectations of our customers and collaborators.

  • Develope and implement roadmap for e-commerce store's functionality.

  • Lead all technical CMS-related tasks including crafting, editing, or deleting content pages, page speed improvements, plug-in management, integrations, etc.

  • Ensuring website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test audits.

  • Keeping up to date with industry standard processes and supervising competitor websites.

  • Responsible for web analytics to support data-driven decision making.

  • Identify, build, and complete A/B and multivariate tests to support business objectives and recommend next steps.

  • Collaborate with Brand, Design, Marketing and Technology teams to plan and implement digital experiences by ensuring that teams have appropriate technical specifications, clear and concise direction, and resources to deliver projects effectively and on target.

Qualifications and Education:

  • BS degree in Computer Science / Information Technology equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 7 years of shown experience in similar field (e-commerce industry) with experience in digital marketing a plus.

  • Proven experience of working on e-commerce platforms and possessing a solid grasp of e-commerce frameworks and trends.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Commerce, Adobe Analytics, Test and Target, and Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Highly proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility (functionality and maintenance), and JavaScript.

  • In-depth understanding of SEO standard methodologies.

  • Experience with website accessibility, such WCAG standards.

  • Experience with online privacy directives such as CCPA and GDPR.

  • Ability to solve website issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of attention to detail with proven project management skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Effective communication and presentation abilities including addressing senior management.

  • Experience working with multi-functional teams and across multiple locations.
