CASI, Cruise Administration Services Inc , a Carnival Cruise Line entity in the Philippines currently has a Sr. Specialist, Fleet Resource Support Team role available with Holland America onsite in Manilla .

Job Summary:

The Sr. Specialist is responsible for shipboard contract and wage administration for Executive Officers and Officers, and for the proper, courteous, and timely resolution of all payroll and contractual queries received from or on behalf of this group.

Essential functions:

  • Update and maintain confidential employment documentation, including ranks, wages and employment agreements as needed, to ensure the integrity of MAPS data.

  • Directly resolve all payroll, wage, and contractual queries in a timely manner

  • Audit MAPS data for accuracy via established audit reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

  • Ensure audits are completed within internal guidelines and that errors are reported in a timely manner.

  • Support the Shipboard Payroll and Compensation teams with daily and ad hoc requests and projects to ensure ranks and wages are updated for processing of payroll.

  • Update and finalize promotions, including calculation of wages for Officers and Executive Officers

  • Calculate wages for and update Temporary Work Contracts in MAPS

  • Convert wages and update MAPS contracts due to approved changes in currency.

  • Convert wages and update MAPS contracts due to approved changes to pay structure (annualized or non)

  • Support the FRST Specialist and Coordinators as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, or related field.

  • 2+ years of increasing responsibility in Human Resources (contract administration and wages preferred), international experience preferred.

  • Shipboard experience is desirable
