We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Parts Manager to oversee our parts department. The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering parts, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring the efficient operation of the parts department. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize parts sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source parts, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical expertise to customers and staff to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing the appropriate systems and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze parts sales performance, identify trends, and implement initiatives to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Train, coach, and mentor parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management or related field is preferred.
