About the role

  • Our Robotics Process Automation team, composed of 13 people, is integrated in the Digital Technology department and focuses on leveraging automation to help our clients at Solvay in collaboration with the business and other DT teams.

  • As an RPA Communication and Creative Designer Trainee, you will promote the RPA team through eye-catching and motivating communications in internal forums. You will get the opportunity to contribute to the team’s visual identity and have a positive impact on the RPA acceptance throughout the company.

You will be accountable for:

  • Ideating, designing and delivering business presentations,

  • Preparing, verifying information and delivering team newsletters

  • Prepare videos

  • Ideate and deliver illustrations and digital media content

  • We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on a hybrid working mode.

About you

  • Relevant education degree or equivalent in a design-related area (e.g., Graphic Design, Corporate Design, Visual Communication Design) - Masters degree preferred.

  • Relevant work experience in established graphic studios, branding agencies, or in-house design and branding roles.

Competencies:

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe CC/CS (specifically Illustrator) and PowerPoint/Google Slides. Competent in other common MS Office programs.

  • Mass mailing apps like Mailjet

  • A good portfolio consisting of graphic, video and digital media content

  • Experience creating videos and familiarity with Adobe Premiere or After Effects is a plus

  • Experience in UI/UX design and working with web content management systems is a plus

  • Experience in video editing, Motion design or motion graphics (After Effects as an example)

  • Fluency in English is required

About the pay and benefits

  • Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay reasonably expected for this role is between 950 and 1050 EUR, depending on your academic grade. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
