This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise that the cash book, petty cash, and online accounts are updated on a daily basis.

• Supervise on preparing the monthly reports.

• Management of the organization's debtors and creditors accounts.

• Maintenance of fixed assets register and safeguarding of the organizations fixed assets.

• Ensuring that the cash book, petty cash, and online accounts are updated on a daily basis.

• Preparing Budget Report.

• Assisting in Management and control of the organization's finances.

• Other tasks as per assigned.

  Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance is preferable.

• Preferably 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

  Required Skills/Competencies:

• Experience in an Accounting role is preferable

• Training in the Accounting field will have an advantage.

• Knowledge of contemporary IT including word processing, email, spreadsheet, database and similar disciplines.

• Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, initiative, and sound judgment.

• Must be a highly reliable person.

• Proficient in English communication, both verbal & written.
