What you’ll do:

  • The primary function of the job is to manage Crouse-Hinds business in Indonesia, achieving annual targets for Sales and Order, also maintaining reasonable margin for whole fiscal year, building up and developing distributor network in Indonesia to cover entire territory and key accounts.

  • Develop sales plans, activities, and campaigns. Manage the day-to-day sales activities in order to implement the organization’s overall sales strategy in Southeast Asia.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas.

  • Work closely with Product Manager to develop customer–orientated products in application and solution.

  • Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.

  • Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, and distribution strategies for area of responsibility.

  • Manage distributors and support them on the technical aspects of the organization’s products and services; on marketing campaigns and sales promotions; and on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) is required.

  • 8 years sales and marketing experience.

  • Prior budget and financial accountability experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of electrical application, sales, marketing, management and customer relations fields.

  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Strong leader, team member, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills.

  • Must have exemplary customer service skills.
