Aspen Medical seeks expressions of interest from experienced and qualified Female Scrub Nurses to join our team in supporting an oil and gas project in Libya.

As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services in hospital or clinical settings. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining the sterile field. 

• Hand instruments and supplies to surgeons during surgery. 

• Monitor and manage the surgical environment for infection control. 

• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth operation. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting 

• Preferably 10 years of nursing experience in relevant departments 

• Proficient in English language (written and spoken) 

• Nursing Diploma from an accredited university 

• Valid license to practice nursing 

• Certifications in BLS or equivalent 

• Proficiency in surgical scrubbing, gowning, and gloving procedures to maintain a sterile field during surgeries. 

• Familiarity with different surgical instruments and their uses is essential for a scrub nurse. 

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Contract Details: 

• Contract duration: 5+ years 

• Paid leave, accommodation, and per diem provided 

• Estimated starting date: Middle towards the end of March 2024
