As a Corporate Affairs Executive, you are responsible to assist the Public Affairs and other relevant teams in the development of an enhanced approach to areas aligned with our 3 pillars of the purpose and values for e.g. social impact, rural development, communities, etc., including on the how to better communicate to consumers and engage with stakeholders on this topic.

A day in the life of Corporate Affairs Executive

  • To support in enhancing and strengthening Nestlé’s corporate reputation with external and internal stakeholder, including involve in issue and reputation management.

  • Maintain relationship with external stakeholders, including government, and industry association

  • Support business, particularly on engagement with government and industry, as well as to help coordinate business license and permit.

  • To create a communications environment that fosters positive attitude, openness, engagement and exceptional performance

  • To build recognition of Nestlé as the leading Nestlé Health and Wellness (NHW) organization

  • To enhance Creating Shared Value (CSV) objectives and to influence regulatory policy to facilitate business operations.

What will make you successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Legal, International Relations, Social & Politics, Public Policy & Management.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience including participating in Creative Shared Value and/or other social and environment activities for companies, government, Association, local NGOs or international organizations

  • Fluent in English both in verbal and written.

  • Business experience in a relevant function is beneficial.

  • Proven ability to successfully multi-task and thrive in response to competing priorities and demands.

  • Strong interpersonal skills that balance persuasive communication and respect for others

  • Demonstrated track record of public affairs and stakeholder relations experience, relevant market expertise as well as communication skills.
