The Egg, a Google Premier Partner, is on the lookout for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our talented and growing team of international digital experts focused on Performance Marketing and Paid Media.

As part of our team, you will specialize in digital multi-channel marketing spanning search, social, and display across Global Markets. In this role, you'll not only grow in digital marketing, strategic planning, data science, and client consultation, but also harness the power of artificial intelligence to drive paid media success.

You'll have the chance to work on exciting projects for top international brands while mastering advertising across search and social media platforms such as Google, Microsoft Ads (Bing), YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and learn to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns. Moreover, you will gain access to exclusive trainings and workshops conducted by industry-leading platforms, helping you stay at the forefront of digital advertising innovation.

This role supports our expansion, with the seniority of the position depending on experience. Candidates who demonstrate readiness to manage junior analysts during the interview process, will be considered for the title of Associate Digital Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning, project management, execution, optimization, and analysis of paid media and search engine marketing campaigns aligned with the broader marketing strategy.

  • Apply advanced understanding of paid search, including keyword research, audience targeting, campaign construction, and maintenance. Utilize AI technologies for optimization and deeper insights.

  • Monitor key performance indicators, analyze campaign results, and generate comprehensive reports to create clear presentations for strategic decision-making.

  • Manage budget planning, ensure marketing investments are on track, and guide junior team members on financial strategies.

  • Independently lead client meetings, establish strong relationships, and present strategic insights and results.

  • Prepare for a leadership role by mentoring and supervise junior analysts, fostering their professional development in digital marketing intricacies and the application of AI technologies.

  • Support internal marketing campaigns and contribute to team meetings, presenting strategic insights and campaign performance.

  • Stay updated with industry news and advancements in AI for marketing, demonstrating a passion for the search engine and online marketing space.

    Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree - equivalent or higher.

  • 2 - 4 years experience.

  • Fluent level of spoken and written English.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data skills.

  • Practical experience in executing and managing Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

  • Passion for technical problem solving, crunching numbers and deriving solutions from data is a must.

  • Aspiration for a leadership role and long-term career in digital marketing and an eagerness to learn about and apply AI in this field.

  • Eager to develop consultation skills by communicating with Regional and Global clients.

  • Knowledge marketing automation and/or analytical tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
