Senior Project Sales Executive - South Region, K&B Vietnam

Basic Function

Reporting to Head of Sales, K&B Vietnam, responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating all project field sales activities in order to promote and support the Kohler brand products in Vietnam. Responsible for developing sales strategies for achieving increased penetration of major mechanical contracts, builders, developers, designers, specifiers and the lodging industry. Works within the guidelines of the project quotation program and the residential quotation program to assist distributors in obtaining additional project job orders.

Specific Responsibilities

Establish and maintain regular contact with major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the lodging industry within the assigned area.

Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image of Kohler within the project market and new residential market.

Coordinate and implement presentations to major specifiers, mechanical contractors, designers, builders, developers and the lodging industry to introduce new products, assist in selecting product, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of Kohler products.

Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings or product standard tests.

Coordinate and suggest company participation in industry associations and trade shows to promote Kohler products.

Coach distributors with regard to Kohler’s project and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting and releasing orders for jobs.

Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.

Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials

Skills/Requirements

University/ college graduated in marketing or business administration preferred. At least 7 years sales experience coupled with extensive background in securing project type business. Willing to travel. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Associate Project Sales Manager positions
