Spa & Leisure Manager

You will be responsible to ensure our guests feel that their every need is anticipated and that they will create everlasting memorable experiences. The Spa & Leisure Manager is responsible to provide hands on support and guidance to ensure services are provided in accordance with approved brand standars of performance and sequences of service. This includes to manage the department as an independent profit centre, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with the hotel’s and Hyatt’s standards, through planning, organising, directing and controlling the Spa operation and administration.

Qualifications:

If you bring a university degree or a hotel management diploma, minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar position, and an overflowing passion for people, we look very much forward to hearing from you!
