As a Partner Commission Specialist, you will be responsible for handling partners' inquiries regarding their commissions, addressing questions about their customers' invoices, managing various commission promotions, and handling billing inquiries for our high-priority customers via phone calls and emails. Additionally, managing Mexico billing inquiries is included in your responsibilities, requiring the management of calls from customers located in Mexico.

Your Day to Day:

As a Partner commission Specialist, you would be working on:

  • Responding promptly to partner calls.

  • Collaborating with other departments to address customer and partner inquiries.

  • Multitasking across multiple systems, including Excel.

  • Ensuring timely responses to emails within a 24-hour SLA.

  • Maintaining effective teamwork and collaboration with other departments.

  • Managing tasks such as submitting True Ups/Dockings for partners, adjusting invoices, issuing credits, etc.

  • Recording phone messages and returning voicemails promptly.

What We're Looking For:

As a Partner commission Specialist, your background will look like:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service phone customer service experience

  • Strong background in billing, collections, account receivable or relevant experience in similar roles in a BPO environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Preferred).

  • 85% fluency in English.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong time management abilities.

  • A positive team work ethic.

  • Reliability.

  • Flexibility in schedule to accommodate different time zones.

  • Ability to adapt to updates and changes in tasks.
