UnitedHealth Group Administrative Coordinator in Golden, Colorado

This position will be supporting our clinics and leadership team in a variety of tasks. It will include managing data and analytic requests, providing updates on projects, review of target quality care measures, patient outreach and scheduling. This position will work from our office on 1707 Cole Blvd. in Golden, CO.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responds to incoming phone calls and desktop items and refers if necessary. Calls patients as directed and/or as necessary to follow up and/or schedule appointments

  • Coordinating and preparation of reports, analyzing data and identifying solutions

  • Developing, maintaining, Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau reports, and other systems as needed

  • Completes administrative projects and other ad-hoc reporting as directed

  • Ability to identify medical record process gaps and issues and report to appropriate parties

  • Abstracts clinical data in an accurate and timely manner from patient medical records while utilizing critical thinking skills when abstracting and reviewing patient medical records

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years relevant clerical or administrative work experience

  • 1+ years of Healthcare related experience

  • Intermediate MS Office Skills

Preferred Qualification:

  • 2+ years of experience working with an electronic medical record in a clinic setting

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $16.54 to $32.55 per hour.
