Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a beauty/fashion focused Art Director for a contract to hire position. Position is located in Denver, Colorado but open to fully remote candidates. Local candidates will be given a strong preference. This role will involve leading multiple design projects simultaneously, ranging from print and digital to packaging and social media The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to manage other designers and develop unique campaign ideas from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of various projects including print, digital, social campaigns, email, and packaging design

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful delivery from conception to completion

• Conceptualize and brainstorm new and unique campaign ideas, leading their development from design to completion

• Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate and sell concepts to stakeholders

• Manage other designers, providing guidance and leadership as necessary

• Maintain and uphold branding standards across all design outputs

• Utilize skills in graphic design and packaging design to create compelling visuals

• Design and implement social campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement

• Develop and design engaging email campaigns to reach out to customers effectively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio - at least 5 years of experience (preferably in the beauty/fashion industry)

• Experience in designing for Social Campaigns

• Understanding and maintaining Branding Standards

• Proficiency in Email Design

• Experience in Packaging Design

• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail

• Ability to work in a team and communicate design ideas

• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with design software and technologies

• Creative thinking with an innovative approach to design problems

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is preferred

• Adaptability to new design trends and evolving technologies.
