As a Solution Architect within our Intelligent Automation Practice, you’ll leverage a client-centric approach to translate our client’s business strategy into solutions and services that lead to successful, impactful outcomes. You’ll lead discovery and solutioning on the most strategic opportunities, provide technical leadership on innovative and complex project deliveries, and contribute to shape the strategic direction around low-code Generative AI and the power of AI within Hyperautomation. What you’ll do

As a Solution Architect for Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agent), you’ll be responsible for the design and development of conversational AI and automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and the power of Generative AI in Power Platform. This role will work with our strategic customers to help them envision, proof-of-concept, and design innovative low-code approaches to unlocking business value.

Pre-Sales/ Solution Architecture/POCs & Pilots:

• Facilitate team and client meetings and conduct pre-sales presentations to showcase our approach and solutions.

• Analyze client processes, identify AI opportunities, and recommend approach based on analysis and client maturity. • Develop POC’s to demonstrate capabilities of Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents), Power Automate and PowerApps. • Lead solutioning and proposal development in response to client business objectives and goals

• Contribute to AI assets and enable internal and external stakeholders while growing capability and delivering high-quality solutions for clients.

Project Technical Oversight/SME:

• Participate in delivery for a variety of Copilot Studio Low-code GenAI, and related PowerPlatform projects as SME, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect, leveraging Avanade’s global network of expertise.

· Create bots with Microsoft Copilot Studio using Generative AI features and extended ecosystem (AI Studio) capabilities

About you

You’re an organized problem-solver with a talent for business, whose knowledge and experience helps turn business needs into solutions. You guide and support your team, whether at home or around the globe, to provide successful and accessible AI solutions that solve client problems.

• Microsoft Power Platform skills: You need to know how to use Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents and AI Builder to build low code applications that can bring to bear Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft PowerAutomate capabilities.

• Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD

• Relevant Certifications in Microsoft AI, Power Platform, Azure and or Dynamics 365

• Experience in integrating Power Platform with other systems

• Experience in other Automation platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, AutomationAnywhere) preferred

• AI, Machine Learning, Data Science & Analytics preferred

Architect/Sales Experience:

• Sales Mentality: Strong communication and customer facing skills.

• Communicator: Can talk openly and easily about AI use cases in multiple industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Resources, etc.) and articulate ROI

• Solutioning: Capable of seeing the big picture and breaking it down to its discreet components.

Leadership Experience:

• Leadership: Ability to drive overall project goals and make calculated decisions to drive innovation

• Consulting: Management Consulting & SI excellence is strongly preferred

• Team management: Proven experience leading teams, fostering collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, communication, etc.

• Mentorship: Foster growth and development of junior professionals

Preferred Experience/Capabilities:

You have a bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, or machine learning - or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A preferred candidate will have experience in high tech sales architecture role including responsibilities around:

• Prioritization - Led all task delegation and ownership around prioritization of work.

• Pipeline ownership - Managed and grew sales pipeline around AI and Machine Learning

• Technical Expertise - Valued as thought leader in AI lending oversight to delivery teams.

• Project Management - Managed DevOps teams and is a certified project manager.
