Employment Horizons, a nonprofit organization, is seeking a Community Transition Specialist to assist adults with disabilities as they transition from Vocational Rehabilitation Services to community-integrated employment. The Community Transition Specialist will work with program participants to complete job exploration, training, and job placement at local businesses. In this role, you will connect with local businesses to develop relationships as well as short-term and extended work sites for program participants. This position is 40 hours per week.
