Amneal Pharmaceuticals LLC (J0P) Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable in Bridgewater, New Jersey

Description:
The Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable, reporting to the Director of Accounts Payable and Travel Services is responsible for supporting Accounts Payable payments by ensuring vendor and employee payments are recorded and executed accurately and timely. The Senior Analyst, Accounts Payable, will leverage their skill and experience to identify potential process errors and maximize efficiencies within all financial applications impacting our payments network. They will support key payment initiatives and end-to-end execution while ensuring necessary controls are followed.

Essential Functions:
Evaluate and recommend changes in processing methods and procedures; develop, recommend, and implement new procedures to improve operations for long-run efficiencies and goals related to Accounts Payable Payments
Evaluate and operationalize best in class consistent control framework for AP related processes (e.g., Fraud Analytics)
Ensure Master Data optimization for any areas impacting AP or T&E payments
Work collaboratively with necessary stakeholders to execute payment files from multiple systems into the ERP system (ie. Concur, Legaltracker, Flex, etc.)
Coordinate with applicable stakheholders to maintain minimal number of active vendors, ensuring Preferred vendors are used, and implementing periodic cleaning of Vendor Master file
Create training material and SOPs for processes related to Accounts Payable payments
Additional Responsibilities:
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Accounts Payable Department
Proactively keep all relevant stakeholders informed of potential payments risks including potential for fraud
Identify issues and track bug fixes /enhancements related to any area impacting Employee or Vendor Payments
Special Projects as needed
Education:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) - Required
Experience:
4 years or more in Performing AP payment review and analysis
Skills:
Strong communication Skills - Advanced
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively - Advanced
Ability to coordinate and lead interdepartmental initiatives. - Intermediate
