Description

We are offering an engaging role for a Controller in the financial industry, based in Fort Myers, Florida. You will be integral to our team, managing financial transactions, overseeing budget processes, and ensuring our accounting functions run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software Systems to organize and maintain financial records

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and integrity

• Manage the company's budget processes and provide financial forecasts

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for payroll processing and other financial tasks

• Oversee and manage the company's ERP Solutions for streamlined business operations

• Resolve any accounting discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial information

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficiency in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes
