Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for an Engineering Process Coordinator (Railway) to assist the Engineering team in Bangkok.

In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of the Engineering Team supporting in monitoring the performance of the engineering design center, analyzing key metrics, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Responsibilities and Tasks

  • You will regularly monitor the performance of the engineering design center, analyzing key metrics, and evaluating their effectiveness.

  • You will provide regular updates and reports to the engineering director and engineering operations manager on the performance of the engineering center, focusing on topics such as productivity, resource planning, competency, and training.

  • You will define and document processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency in the operations of the engineering design center.

  • You will identify opportunities to enhance existing processes, streamline workflows, and eliminate inefficiencies to improve productivity and quality.

  • You will ensure that engineering processes adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

  • You will coordinate with the engineering operations manager to ensure that the competencies required for multiple roles within the engineering team are identified and timely managed (e.g., IRSE).

  • You will manage timesheet tracking and scheduling to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.

  • You will provide any further support to the engineering director and engineering operations manager to ensure the smooth operation of the engineering design center.

  • You have experience within a similar function.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related disciplines.

  • You are a team player with skills in collaboration.

  • Business communication in English and Thai, written and spoken.
