• Monitoring & Reporting of critical systems.

• Performs troubleshooting as required and lead problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and team members from other departments.

• On call support and maintain environments for availability and security.

• Blue Prism and UiPath environment configurations and management

• Build and manage environment(s), their scalability and availability, adhering to SOPs.

• Patching of servers and infrastructure as per patching policy.

• Coordinate with Database specialists and Operations Specialists.

• Configure monitoring and alerts for the critical systems.

• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

• Performs other duties as directed.

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• Working experience in on-premises and cloud infrastructure

• In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism and UiPath

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.

• Excellent troubleshooting capability.
