In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the success of the luxury lifestyle resort Andaz Bali.

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, contributing to the creation and execution of exceptional dishes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, managing the preparation and presentation of dishes, and collaborating with the head chef to maintain high culinary standards. You will lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. Additionally, you will contribute to menu planning, assist in inventory management, and demonstrate creativity in crafting innovative and delicious recipes.

Qualifications:

This position is only for Indonesian.

  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxurious hotel environment

  • Creativity and passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through a diverse and impressive culinary portfolio.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments.

  • Specialized in Seafood Cuisine.
